                                      The Silver Platter

                                  ~ Includes one server for 5 hours: ½ hour set up, ½ hour clean up, 4 hour event coverage. ~

                          ~ Sets up food and beverage stations. ~

                          ~ Ensures event area stays clean and presentable. ~

                           ~ Ensures guests’ needs are met at all times. ~

                  Additional Services

                           ~ Additional servers for your event can be provided at an hourly rate. ~ 

                               ~ Event coverage exceeding 5 hours, rates charged per server by the 1/2 hour. ~

                          Please note, our standard server to guest ratio is as follows: 

                               1 server/25 guests for buffet dining

                           1 server/12 guests for formal sit down dining.

                                   Cocktail party service is also available,

                             Exceptions can be made at the discretion of TSP.
